Delivering Hope Version 1.0.3

After watching many people play the game on streams I spotted a number of bugs that needed patching, so hopefully this patch will have fixed them.

Changes in this update:

• Fixed a bug that allowed double sodas to spawn right after a run reset
• Improved camera stability (it shouldn't wobble that much now)
• Hopefully fixed a glitch that caused the background to randomly shake
• Added a Retry button to the pause screen
• Replaced the "X" button in the pause screen with a more visible "Continue playing" button
• Pressing the "B" button on gamepad closes menus
