Honestly, I really enjoy this update. I think adding the asteroid thing was a nice touch. It makes me personally feel that instead of left up to complete RNG of how many points I can earn a run i can at least always earn a few points by shooting some asteroids as I fly on by. I am at least appreciative as it will significantly cut down the amount of grinding that'll probably be needed to get all the permanent upgrades unlocked.
One thing that did come across my mind as I played was that I'm noticing on the explanation screen that there is no real mention of these alternative color asteroids. I wonder if maybe it should be mentioned here that shooting them gives points? But honestly it may be fine as is since it lets the player experiment and see what does what.
Yes. I left it for the player to discover by experimentation. They stand out quite a lot so you'd at least try shooting them, right?
Also, adding new texts takes a lot of time as I need to pass it through all the translators in the team, and since they're volunteers there's no telling when they'll get back to me with the translated texts. So I try to avoid adding new texts when publishing small patches.
