DooG updated to v0.99!

This is a small update adding enhancements to the leaderboard screen.

New Stuff:

• Added page navigation in the leaderboard screen. Now you can see more than just the first 10 entries per category.
• Your fastest run stats are now displayed at the bottom of the leaderboard screen.
• Your fastest run entry is highlighted in the list.
