DooG v0.90 update
After additional playtests and player feedback I've implemented more bugfixes and improvements.
If you get a javascript error when loading the game, try clearing your browser cache, it may help.
I realized my itch.io cache was 2GB in size and apparently that's the maximum allowed, so it was failing to load the updated game files every time.
New Stuff:
- Added a counter for each badge, so for example if the player used the all keys cheat in two levels, the badge will have a number 2 overlayed on it.
- Added a speedrun badge for completing the game under a certain time and a couple other special badges.
- You die now if you fall out of the map, so that you can restart the level instead of falling endlessly.
- Enhanced some secret word effects.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug where a nearby enemy would prevent the player from activating buttons.
- Ingame menu turn speed slider is now syncronized to value in options menu.
